Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments via calls, messages, and emails.
- Ensure timely collection of EMIs and outstanding dues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English (additional language preferred).
- Basic knowledge of collections and customer handling.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
