Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Attend and assist customers professionally.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Handle billing and basic sales records (if required).
- Keep the showroom/store clean and well-organized.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve customer queries politely and effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 0–2 years of sales experience (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers is preferred.
- Honest, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
Salary
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
