Role Overview:
As an Education Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding professionals toward the right learning paths. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding career aspirations, building relationships, and driving enrollments through personalized counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with 80–100 prospective learners daily via calls and virtual consultations
- Understand candidates’ career goals and upskilling needs
- Recommend and explain relevant courses and programs
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
