- To Test and analyze medical specimens and write pathology reports in the laboratory.
- To use checklists, pathology software and retest to get accurate results.
- To know how to use common pathology laboratory management software and equipment.
- To follow the organization’s policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
- To adhere to all medical laws and regulations and pathology protocols and guidelines.
- To collaborate with other lab technicians, pathologists and doctors.
- To work well independently and has strong laboratory and research skills.
- To demonstrate strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong interpretation of the results.
