### *Job Description:*
We are looking for a skilled and experienced *Conventional Milling Machine Operator* to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate must have thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with *manual milling machines*, and should be capable of working independently from technical drawings and design specifications.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Operate and set up conventional milling machines for manufacturing precision components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and job orders to determine machining operations.
- Select proper tools, cutters, and machining parameters for different materials and components.
- Perform machining tasks such as face milling, slotting, drilling, and contouring with high accuracy.
- Inspect and measure finished parts using appropriate measuring instruments to ensure quality.
- Maintain machine and tools in proper working condition with routine checks and cleaning.
- Work closely with the design and quality control teams to meet production requirements.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
*Required Skills & Competencies:*
- Strong hands-on experience with *conventional/manual milling machines*.
- Good understanding of mechanical drawings and tolerances.
- Ability to independently handle milling jobs with precision.
- Knowledge of tool selection, speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
