Partnership & Fundraising Manager
Overview
Drive donor relations, strategic partnerships (corporate/institutional), and fundraising strategies for organizational growth. Handle proposal writing, grant management, event coordination, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. Represent us at state/national/international levels with ethical practices and financial accountability.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Fundraising Strategy & Execution
- Develop/implement annual plans with goals, timelines, diversified streams (major donors, grants, CSR, crowdfunding).
- Identify/solicit/steward donors; research sponsors; maintain databases.
- Write proposals, grants, reports; prepare CSR docs for verification.
- Design/execute events, campaigns, peer-to-peer initiatives; track ROI/impact.
- Set KPIs, budget/forecast; monitor for revenue/sustainability.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage partners (corporations, NGOs, government, academia); draft/negotiate MoUs.
- Strengthen donor ties via stewardship, recognition, value-adds (e.g., success stories).
- Network at events/forums; pursue awards for visibility.
- Develop awareness strategies; partner with peers.
- Donor Relations & Documentation
- Build relationships via communication, events, volunteer programs.
- Write beneficiary stories for donors/social media; update platforms with team support.
- Maintain databases for opportunities/sponsors; visit donors .
- Ensure error-free communications via official channels.
- Team & Organizational Development
- Collaborate with communications/program/finance teams.
- Enhance sustainability, capacities, new initiatives for funding.
- Handle additional management tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven fundraising/partnerships/donor management experience (CSR, grants, events).
- Strong proposal/report/storytelling writing skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools, digital platforms, data tracking.
- Excellent networking/communication/relationship-building.
- Willing to travel/represent externally.
- Bachelor's in business/marketing/nonprofit management (related field); advanced degree preferred.
