Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Commerce Graduate to manage daily stock market operations, execute trades, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires precision in live order placement, daily trade reconciliation, and delivering responsive customer support for our trading and investment clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Execution: Accurately punch and monitor client orders across Cash (Equity) and F&O segments using trading terminals during live market hours.
- Trade Reconciliation: Perform end-of-day (EOD) matching of trades, monitor margin shortfalls, and reconcile client ledger balances and fund pay-in/pay-out requests.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary operational contact for clients, resolving inquiries regarding holding statements, ledger balances, and portfolio reports.
- Back-Office Coordination: Assist with account onboarding, KYC documentation routing, and tracking corporate actions (dividends, stock splits).
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or BBA).
- Experience: Fresh commerce graduates with strong numerical aptitude, or candidates with prior experience in stock broking operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP) and comfort with financial software/trading platforms.
- Training & Certifications: Prior NISM certification is not required. We will provide full training and preparation support to help you study for and clear the mandatory NISM examinations after you join.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to handle fast-paced market environments, and clear professional communication.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
