Who Should Apply?
3-5+ years of experience designing & executing Mumbai real estate projects
Creative thinkers who blend bold ideas with practical design solutions
Pros with a proven track record in luxury residential/commercial projects
Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and BIM technologies (preferred)
Experts in navigating local government regulations to maximize project potential
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the Charge: Drive the design process from concept to completion for iconic projects
Collaborate with the Best: Work alongside visionary developers, top consultants, and expert contractors
Bring Ideas to Life: Create stunning architectural drawings, 3D models, and captivating project presentations
Innovate Fearlessly: Push boundaries with bold material choices, façade designs, and sustainable strategies
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Ensure projects meet the highest standards of design excellence and regulatory compliance
