We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the mattresses, FMCG, or electronics industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's mattress, FMCG, or electronics products.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers regularly.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure product availability, merchandising, and brand visibility in the assigned territory.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the mattresses, FMCG, or electronics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
