Job Title: Field Recruiter
Location: Sahibabad Industrial Area
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Field Recruiter to hire housekeeping staff, helpers, loaders, housekeeping supervisors, and other blue-collar workforce requirements. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field recruitment activities, visiting local areas, labor markets, villages, residential colonies, training centers, and other sourcing locations to generate candidates and fulfill manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field recruitment drives for housekeeping staff, helpers, and general labor positions.
- Visit labor chowks, local communities, villages, training institutes, and placement centers for candidate sourcing.
- Generate candidates through references, field campaigns, and local networking.
- Screen candidates and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Explain job roles, salary, benefits, duty hours, and company policies to candidates.
- Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding processes.
- Ensure candidates join on time and maintain regular follow-up.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment data and submit hiring reports to management.
- Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Arrange and participate in local hiring camps and job fairs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring recruitment.
- Freshers with strong communication and field marketing experience may also apply.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
Job Requirements
- Daily field visits for candidate sourcing.
- Own smartphone for candidate tracking and communication.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
