Key responsibilities:
1. Collect daily attendance, store visit, sales, and productivity data from the North Sales Team.
2. Update Excel reports and dashboards.
3. Share daily reports on time.
4. Analyse target versus achievement.
5. Follow up with low-performing employees and ask for reasons and action plans.
6. Communicate with the North Sales Team in Hindi and English.
7. Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries.
8. Report directly to the BDM or Sales Operations Head.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
