About the Role
We are looking for a driven and consultative Enterprise Sales Specialist – Inside Sales to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience selling solutions to HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Business Leaders within medium and large organizations.
You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and stakeholder engagement to solution consulting, proposal discussions, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and acquire new B2B clients across industries.
- Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, L&D professionals, Talent Management teams, and business decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand organizational challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline using a structured sales approach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Develop account growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Consultative Selling.
- Proven experience in generating new business and managing client relationships.
- Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand business challenges and recommend value-driven solutions.
- Strong pipeline management and sales forecasting capabilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized professional.
