Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Managers / Client Acquisition Specialists who have a proven track record of acquiring new clients in the BPO, Banking, BFSI, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Logistics, Healthcare, and Corporate sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for freelance business developers, recruitment consultants, ex-sales professionals, staffing experts, and independent business partners looking to earn substantial incentives and recurring income.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for Recruitment and Staffing Services.
- Generate business opportunities from BPO, BFSI, Banking, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Logistics, and other Non-IT sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, and Decision Makers.
- Introduce and promote Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO, Executive Search, and Payroll Services.
- Acquire clients requiring payroll management and workforce outsourcing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure successful closures.
- Build a strong pipeline of hiring opportunities across India.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Sales, or Recruitment Sales.
- Strong network within BPO, BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, Telecom, or Corporate sectors.
- Proven experience in acquiring recruitment or staffing clients.
- Understanding of Recruitment, Staffing, RPO, Contract Staffing, and Payroll Services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
