We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Lead to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading the business development team, and developing strategic plans to expand the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Lead the business development team to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate with clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
