Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and expand the market presence of Gulf Asian Lubricants. The candidate should be passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Visit automobile workshops, garages, service centers, spare parts shops, industries, and retail outlets to promote Gulf Asian Lubricants products.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely order collection and follow-up for payments.
- Assist in conducting promotional activities, dealer meets, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit sales activity reports to management.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Support franchise and dealership expansion activities in assigned territories.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory).
- Own Two-Wheeler preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Experience in lubricant, automobile, FMCG, or field sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
