Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our digital marketing efforts. The role involves identifying, attracting, and converting potential leads through various online channels to drive business growth
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
- Execute outbound lead generation activities (cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, calling if required)
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns to drive lead acquisition
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance
- Optimize campaigns for better conversion rates
- Research potential clients, industries, and market trends
Skills & Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and online lead tools
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
