The role is responsible for developing and executing an integrated global marketing strategy aligned with aggressive growth objectives. This position drives brand building, demand generation, and go-to-market initiatives across digital and offline channels, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making, performance measurement, and AI-enabled marketing optimization. The role partners closely with leadership, sales, and technical teams to scale pipeline, strengthen market positioning, and expand Accorian’s presence across the US and EU markets.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital marketing initiatives with a clear identified RoI on SEO, Social Media, PPC, Email campaigns and the likes
- Hands – on experience in digital marketing
- Exceptional business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation abilities, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders
- Strong grasp of modern marketing stacks (Hubspot, Linkedin, Google etc.) and AI based automation tools
- Experience in launching new service lines, customer engagement and GTM initiatives
- Stage fit and track record for Accorian

- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business goals of triple-digit growth – encompassing brand, online demand generation and offline events
- Understand the baseline of digital marketing metrics and generate performance reports/dashboards for the leadership team
- Design and implement campaigns to drive high-quality inbound leads, nurture funnels, and improve conversion rates across US and EU markets
- Responsible for tactical responsibilities such as conducting market research, competitor analysis, campaign management and monitoring key metrics
- Strengthen Accorian’s global brand presence through differentiated messaging, storytelling, and thought leadership around cybersecurity, AI security, and compliance automation
- Scale Accorian’s thought leadership via webinars, whitepapers, podcasts, newsletters, and roundtables
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., predictive analytics, generative content, personalization engines, and AI-assisted lead scoring) to maximise efficiency and RoI
- Establish robust KPIs across MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and attribution reporting directly to leadership
- Develop monthly marketing dashboards of performance analysis whereby demonstrating key metrics such as RoI, lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost
- Track and report SEO Metrics of Accorian websites and the way ahead
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and technical leadership to define the Go-To-Market Strategy for the service lines and new launches
