We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive -Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their service needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, or email with service-related inquiries.
- Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on service appointments.
- Resolve customer complaints by collaborating with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service updates.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
