Position: HR Executive
Location: Kolkata
Job Profile & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both corporate and field staff (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, maintain a positive workplace culture, and organize employee engagement activities for Alathea's dynamic team.
Performance Management: Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems and maintaining accurate employee KPIs.
HR Operations: Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and ensure compliance with statutory labor laws.
Training & Development: Identify training needs for sales and corporate teams and coordinate skill-development workshops.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Development (HRD), Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
For Executive: 1–3 years of core HR experience.
Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and conflict resolution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
