Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing company.
- OR
- CA Intermediate with 6–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts within a manufacturing organization.Experience
- Strong experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Costing, MIS, Budgeting, and Statutory Compliance.
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
- ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, or similar ERP systems) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Finalize books of accounts and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial analysis, and management dashboards.
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
- Handle inventory accounting, production costing, and cost analysis for manufacturing operations.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and inter-company transactions.
- Coordinate with banks for working capital, fund management, and banking operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, SOPs, and company policies.
- Support annual budget preparation, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Sales, Operations, and HR for financial matters.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team while ensuring process improvements and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing costing and inventory valuation.
- Exposure to working capital management and banking operations.
- Knowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and financial planning.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
