- Operate, maintain, and improve automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, pneumatics).
- Troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues on ball pen tip production machines.
- Support installation, commissioning, and retrofitting of machines.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for process optimization.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, safety, and machine uptime.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and mechatronic systems.
- Experience with servo motors, actuators, and industrial sensors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechatronics
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in an automated manufacturing setup.
