Job Position: Park Assist & Camera Systems Design & Development
Location: Gurugram

Role: -
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Park Assist systems (Camera/Ultrasonic Sensor/RADAR) from architecture and component selection to series production.
- Deliver a robust, compliant, and cost-optimized systems diagnostics, functional safety, EMC, and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities: -
- Design and develop advanced automotive Park Assist systems from concept to production.
- Develop hardware requirements, interface specifications, and diagnostics provisions.
- Lead component selection (MCU, transceivers, drivers, sensors, protection ICs) and own schematic and layout constraints.
- Create schematics, layouts, and 3D models using CAD software (UGNx).
- Design software control specifications, conduct Design Reviews, DFMEA, FMEA and Validate software performance on Bench and Vehicle.
- Testing/Validation of parts (Vehicle & Part level) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Plan & drive DVP&R: Reliability testing, EMI/EMC compliance.
- Conduct design check of CAD data using 3D software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system hardware and software system requirements, specifications, and architecture.
- Lead development & build a collaborative environment working closely with other departments and vendor partners to ensure the system is properly integrated into vehicle.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams during production.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our designs remain competitive.
- Manage project timelines, risk assessments, and supplier deliverables.
- Experience for 360 View Camera/ Semi and Auto Parking Assist System, Driver Monitoring Systems.
Competency Requirements: -
Technical/Functional skills: -
- Good knowledge of MCU selection & architecture ICs, Ultrasonic sensors, Camera and Parking system.
- Knowledge of automotive relevant safety standards like AIS (145), IS11827, ECE, ISO 17386, ISO26262…
- EMI/EMC & ESD: PCB partitioning, grounding strategy, filtering, shielding; compliance with CISPR 25, ISO 7637-2, ISO 10605.
- Automotive standards: ISO 26262, AEC-Q, PPAP/APQP, DFMEA/FMEDA.
- Experience with development on SoC & Microcontroller platforms.
- Experience of complete lifecycle of design and development for at least 01 part/model.
Eligibility: -
Education:
- Essential: B.E / B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automobile.
- Experience: 4 -10 Years
Desirable: (Experience and Knowledge)
- Worked in Automotive OEM and have experience of full development cycle. (Minimum 3-years of hands-on experience in the Automotive Electronic Controllers development.)
- CAD proficiency- Preferably NX10 & above.
- Automotive electrical architecture and electronics parts like Reverse Park Assist system, Rear View Camera, Surround View Camera.
- Software Design, Development & Validation on HILS.
