Assistant Program Lead – Girls' Education Program
Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager in planning and implementing project activities.
- Monitor program progress, collect and analyze data, and maintain MIS.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and donor updates.
- Coordinate with schools, field teams, government stakeholders, and internal departments.
- Conduct field visits to ensure program quality and compliance.
- Support procurement, training, and operational coordination.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in education, child development, or NGO programs.
- Experience in program monitoring, reporting, MIS, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within project locations.
