Job Description:
- Manage overall Ashok Leyland workshop operations and service activities.
- Lead Service Managers, Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop teams.
- Monitor workshop productivity, bay utilization, job cards and vehicle delivery.
- Ensure quality repairs, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor revenue, labour sales, productivity and workshop targets.
- Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, CRM and Accounts teams.
- Handle customer complaints and service escalations.
- Ensure compliance with Ashok Leyland standards, SOPs and safety procedures.
- Review daily/weekly workshop performance and take corrective actions.
- Drive team productivity, operational efficiency and profitability.
Experience Required
- Mandatory experience in Ashok Leyland Authorized Service.
- Works Manager experience preferred.
- Candidates with 2–3 years of experience as Assistant Works Manager may also apply.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle service and workshop operations.
- Good leadership, team-handling and communication skills.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
