- Engagement Excellence:
- Handle inbound calls and proactively make cold calls to connect with prospective students.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, demonstrating your expertise and building trust with each interaction.
- Counseling Mastery:
- Utilize your commerce background to counsel students effectively, helping them choose the most suitable training programs aligned with their career interests.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our courses to guide students through entrance requirements, curricula, and academic standards.
- Conversion Excellence:
- Seamlessly convert leads into center visits and, ultimately, successful enrollments.
- Transform walk-ins into enthusiastic admissions, leveraging your commerce background to establish rapport and credibility.
- Database Management:
- Efficiently handle day-to-day telephonic and walk-in inquiries, maintaining a well-organized database.
