We’re looking for an HR Specialist with a primary focus on recruitment to help scale our team across brands like Epitight, Cozitis, and Niconi. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and passionate about finding top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & social media for talent acquisition
- Maintain and update candidate database & hiring trackers
- Coordinate interview rounds, feedback, and offer rollouts
- Support employer branding initiatives through creative job posts and hiring campaigns
- Assist with basic HR operations when required (documentation, orientation, etc.)
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or beauty industry
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with hiring tools, portals, and sourcing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently
Location: Goregaon, West (6 Days Working)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
