Core Responsibilities
- B2B Field Sales: Regularly visit local independent mechanics, two-wheeler workshops, garages, and spare parts retailers.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales, collection, and distribution targets for parts, oils, and accessories.
- Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail/workshop accounts to widen market coverage.
- Brand & Program Execution: Drive mechanic engagement initiatives like the Royal Enfield Mechanic Advocacy Program (RE MAP).
- Order & Payment Management: Handle end-to-end order booking, delivery follow-ups, and timely payment collections.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, schemes, and local market trends, submitting daily visit reports. [1, 2, 3]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in automotive spare parts, lubricant, or two-wheeler industries.
- Education: High school diploma or a mechanical/automotive technical background (ITI / Diploma / Engineering basics preferred for technical advisory).
- Skills: Strong local area knowledge, relationship-building, negotiation skills, and basic digital reporting literacy.
