We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Overseas Education Counsellor to join our team in an in-office role based in Noida Sector 1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through their study abroad journey, from initial consultation to successful university enrollment.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build trust while helping students make informed academic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and conduct counselling sessions via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings
- Understand student profiles, academic background, and career goals
- Contact and follow up with prospective students generated through ads leads
- Provide accurate guidance on study abroad options, universities, and courses
- Assist students throughout the application and enrollment process with support from senior counsellors
- Maintain clear and timely communication with students and internal teams
- Keep records of interactions and progress for each student
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Persuasive yet consultative approach to counselling
- Comfortable guiding students without applying pressure
- Basic understanding of study abroad processes is a plus
- Ability to work in a structured, target-oriented environment

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,403.73 per month
