- Core Goal: Maintain a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment while achieving enrolment and revenue targets. []
Key Responsibilities
- Centre Operations: Manage day-to-day facility functions, ensuring strict safety, hygiene, and security standards.
- Academic Oversight: Supervise the implementation of the pre-primary curriculum and monitor teaching quality.
- Admissions & Growth: Drive enrolment targets, handle parent enquiries, and conduct school tours.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching personnel.
- Parent Relations: Build strong relationships with families and address concerns effectively.
- Administration: Maintain records, inventory, budgets, and compliance reports. []
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Early Childhood Education, Montessori training, or B.Ed. preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in preschool administration, teaching, or academic leadership.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, basic financial literacy, and interpersonal abilities.
