At Manna Rubber Products, we operate an advanced, vertically integrated rubber manufacturing facility featuring state-of-the-art reclaiming, high-capacity mixing (K4 & Banbury), and a dedicated hydraulic pressing complex. We are aiming to produce top-tier rubber mat products, high-quality rubber crumbs, and premium reclaimed rubber.
To fuel our market expansion, we are looking for a powerhouse senior sales engineer who combines technical polymer expertise with a proven track record of driving B2B sales.
The Role
We are seeking a high-performing sales engineer with a minimum of 10 years of dedicated sales experience in the rubber industry. Your primary focus will be scaling our market share for rubber mat products, while simultaneously leveraging your industry network to drive sales for our rubber crumbs and reclaimed rubber lines.
Because we manufacture technically precise products, you must hold a technical background (diplomaor B.Tech in polymer science/technology) to effectively communicate value to technical buyers, procurement managers, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients, distributors, and industrial buyers for our rubber mats, crumbs, and reclaimed rubber.
- Technical Consultative Selling: Act as the technical face of the company, effectively communicating compound benefits, durability, and specifications to clients.
- Key Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term contracts.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and technical pitching to commercial negotiation and closing.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing models to provide strategic feedback to our R&D and production teams.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Polymer Science / Polymer Technology / Rubber Technology.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales experience strictly within the rubber manufacturing industry.
- Product Knowledge Archetype:
- Must-Have: Proven success in sales and distribution of rubber mat products.
- Big Plus: Solid experience selling rubber crumbs and reclaimed rubber.
- (Candidates possessing a strong network across all three product lines will be highly prioritized).
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial contract closing skills. Ready to travel as required to meet clients and close deals.
