Job Summary
A Store Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining inventory records, handling stock movements, ensuring proper storage of materials, and supporting smooth supply chain and warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
- Maintain store documentation, including GRNs, invoices, and stock registers.
- Follow company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Required Skills
- Inventory management and stock control.
- Knowledge of ERP/software systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, email).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
