We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our admissions and business development efforts. The intern will assist in generating leads, engaging with prospective students, promoting IILS programs, and contributing to enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through various online and offline channels.
- Contact prospective students and professionals to explain IILS courses and programs.
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and messages to nurture leads.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems or databases.
- Assist in achieving monthly enrollment and sales targets.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for student onboarding.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Gather feedback from prospects and share market insights.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with prospects over phone and online platforms.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or customer service.
- Knowledge of the education, training, or EdTech sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.
