Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient-focused Ayurvedic Dermatologist to join our Nashik center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing skin and hair conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring excellent clinical outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations and clinical assessments of patients.
- Diagnose and manage various skin and hair disorders using Ayurvedic principles and protocols.
- Develop customized treatment plans, including internal medicines, Panchakarma recommendations, dietary modifications, and lifestyle guidance.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and maintain detailed patient records.
- Educate patients regarding disease management, treatment expectations, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with counselors, psychologists, nutritionists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, documentation standards, and ethical medical practices.
- Participate in patient awareness programs, workshops, webinars, and educational initiatives organized by Skin Heal Solutions.
- Support patient retention through regular follow-ups and treatment reviews.
- Stay updated with advancements in Ayurvedic dermatology and trichology.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) – Mandatory.
- MD (Ayurveda) preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic practice.
- Experience in Dermatology, Cosmetology, or Trichology will be an added advantage.
- Strong diagnostic and patient counseling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term patient relationships.
- Proficiency in maintaining electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of chronic skin conditions such as Vitiligo, Psoriasis, Eczema, and Alopecia.
- Patient-centered approach with strong empathy and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
