Key Responsibilities
- Research fashion trends, market insights & consumer preferences
- Develop seasonal collections, mood boards & color stories
- Create garment sketches, prints, graphics & embroidery concepts
- Prepare tech packs and coordinate with merchandising & sampling teams
- Ensure timely product development and collection execution
- Stay updated with global fashion, fabrics & design innovations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Apparel/Fashion Design (Kidswear preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO3D, Canva & MS Office
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims & embellishments
- Creative mindset with excellent color sense and design aesthetics
- Strong communication, planning & time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within deadlines
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
