Job Description:
We are hiring a CNC Laser Machine Operator with experience in steel and sheet metal fabrication. The candidate should have hands-on experience operating CNC Laser Cutting machines and be familiar with different types of metal sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Laser Cutting machines for steel and sheet metal cutting.
- Set up the machine and select appropriate cutting parameters.
- Read engineering drawings and cutting layouts.
- Cut MS, SS, GI, and other metal sheets as per specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Ensure material optimization and minimize wastage.
- Follow all safety and production guidelines.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Laser Machine Operator.
- Experience in steel/sheet metal fabrication.
- Knowledge of laser cutting machine operation and machine settings.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Measuring Tape, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or a related field (preferred).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
