Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, run, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook)
- Generate quality leads for real estate projects
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, and ROI
- Create ad copies, audience targeting, and retargeting campaigns
- Coordinate with sales team for lead quality and campaign improvement
- Analyze daily reports and optimize campaigns for better results
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Must have experience in Real Estate Marketing
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Lead Generation & Campaign Optimization
- Good analytical and communication skills.
