What You'll Do
- Lead and manage daily outlet operations.
- Drive revenue through guest engagement, upselling, and excellent customer service.
- Ensure world-class quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Manage a team of 8–10 members, motivating them to achieve high performance.
- Handle daily cash collection, reconciliation, and operational reporting.
- Build strong relationships with airport stakeholders and lounge partners to increase guest footfall.
We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, retail, aviation, banking, beauty & wellness, or F&B.
- Strong background in customer service, sales, or operations.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- High integrity and accountability, especially in cash and revenue handling.
Candidates with airport retail, banking, or credit card sales experience will be highly preferred, as the role involves proactively engaging guests and driving business.
Work Schedule
- Airport outlets operate 24/7, with rotational shifts as per business requirements.
- While you'll manage the primary shift, you'll also be expected to monitor operations remotely when needed to ensure smooth functioning.
