Aptitude & Corporate Readiness Trainer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic Aptitude & Corporate Readiness Trainer to prepare our PGDM students for campus placements, competitive exams, and corporate screening tests. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate hiring trends, exceptional shortcuts for quantitative and logical reasoning, and a proven track record of elevating students' clearing rates for top-tier companies (management consultancies, BFSI, FMCG, and tech majors).
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design & Delivery: Structure and deliver a high-impact aptitude program covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation tailored specifically for MBA/PGDM hiring standards.
Speed-Building Techniques: Teach advanced shortcuts, Vedic math techniques, and elimination strategies to help students maximize scores under strict time constraints.
Company-Specific Bootcamps: Design targeted mock tests and crash courses mimicking the assessment patterns of major corporate recruiters.
Mentorship & Diagnostics: Conduct diagnostic tests to identify weak areas in individual students, providing personalized improvement plans and tracking progress.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of core experience training MBA/PGDM students or CAT/GMAT aspirants. Prior corporate experience or an entrepreneurial background in EdTech/test-prep is highly valued.
Education: MBA, B.Tech, or a Master’s degree in a quantitative field from a reputable institution. A high personal percentile in CAT/GMAT/XAT is a major plus.
Skills: Exceptional command over Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), engaging classroom management, and proficiency with hybrid/online training tools.: Minimum of 4–6 years of core experience training MBA/PGDM students or CAT/GMAT aspirants.
