Job Summary:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (direct client meeting, cold calling, networking, online platforms).
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and offerings.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in field sales or B2C/B2B sales is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
