ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Revenue Scout at Props Aura, you will be the frontline engine of our sales operations — driving tele-calling, booking customer appointments, and coordinating property site visits. This role is built for relentless go-getters who thrive on conversations, closures, and commissions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound tele-calling to qualify and engage potential property buyers
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent, structured follow-ups
- Book appointments and schedule property site visits for interested customers
- Escort or coordinate customer visits across project sites in Kolkata and Siliguri
- Understand customer needs and match them to the right builder projects in our portfolio
- Achieve monthly and quarterly KRAs: call targets, site visit counts, and booking conversions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, call logs, and conversions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with builders and developers for project information, site availability, and deal closures
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat businessKRAS & PERFORMANCE METRICSWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, tele-sales, or direct field sales
- Strong spoken communication in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English
- Self-motivated, target-driven personality; comfortable with field visits
- Familiarity with Kolkata and Siliguri real estate markets is a strong advantage
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic CRM or spreadsheet tools
- Graduate in any discipline; real estate certifications are a bonus
