Job Description

 Minimum 3-5 year’s experience in Logistics

 Oversee daily shipments, coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and

warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

 Familiarity with shipping regulations, customs documentation, and

Incoterms.

 Good knowledge in Customs clearance, Import/Export, Duty structure,

BOE filing.

 Manage and coordinate local movements of material and its

documentation.

 Identify opportunities to optimize/reduce shipping costs, and streamline

logistics processes.

 Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, customs

documents, and any other required paperwork.

 Act promptly to resolve any logistics-related issues, including delays,

damages, or discrepancies in shipments.

 Work closely with the sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to

maintain an efficient supply chain

 Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate

with all stakeholders like Suppliers,CHA , Customs , team members, and

management.

 Ability to work in warehouse environments, if needed, lift

Boxes/Cartons as part of logistics operations .

 Willingness to Travel for logistics related issues.

 Proficiency in using Microsoft tools like Excel , Word , Outlook etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
