The product is already largely built. We are now focused on refining the experience, improving adoption, driving product-led growth (PLG), and creating a product users genuinely love.

You will work directly with the Founder and act as an extension of the product leadership team.
What You Will Do
Product Discovery
- Understand sales and marketing workflows
- Study how SMEs manage leads and follow-ups
- Conduct customer interviews
- Analyze user pain points
- Observe user behavior inside the product
- Identify friction points preventing adoption
Product Management
- Convert ideas into detailed product requirements
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize backlog items
- Maintain product roadmap
- Work closely with engineering teams
- Help decide:
- What should be built
- Why it should be built
- Expected business impact
Product-Led Growth (PLG)
- Improve onboarding experience
- Improve activation rates
- Improve retention and engagement
- Identify opportunities for virality
- Design referral and sharing mechanisms
- Recommend product experiments
- Analyze competitor products and PLG motions
Product Testing & Quality
- Test new features before release
- Perform exploratory testing
- Document bugs and usability issues
- Validate fixes
- Participate in release readiness reviews
Product Analytics
- Monitor usage metrics
- Analyze drop-off points
- Study feature adoption
- Track activation and retention metrics
- Recommend improvements based on data
Product Marketing
- Create feature positioning
- Define value propositions
- Build feature launch plans
- Help create product demos
- Assist in feature announcement content
- Support founder-led content creation
