Job Summary:
We are hiring IT Recruiter and Senior IT Recruiter to support our high-volume technical hiring across various technologies (Microsoft Stack, Java, Cloud, ERP – Tally & others, AI/ML, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for technical positions (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/technical screening, and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data in the recruitment tracker
- Coordinate with hiring managers and update them on recruitment status
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future requirements
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Participate in manpower planning and budgeting discussions
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Any Graduate/PG. Formal degree/diploma in Computer Sciences preferred.
Experience: For Recruiter: 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience
For Senior recruiter: 4-8 years of IT recruitment experience
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volume of positions and close them within TAT
- Proactive, result-oriented, and target-driven mindset
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in recruiting for ERP (Tally), Microsoft Technologies, Java, Cloud, etc. will be an advantage
