Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and close digital marketing deals. This is a target-driven role for someone who enjoys networking, pitching, negotiating, and helping businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, events, and personal connections.
- Identify potential clients and understand their marketing challenges and business goals.
- Pitch POPQULAR MEDIA's services including Branding, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Creation, Website Development, and Lead Generation.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations.
- Follow up consistently and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track pipeline activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client handover.
- Represent POPQULAR MEDIA at networking events and business communities.
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Agency Sales, Advertising Sales, Branding Sales, or B2B Service Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing services and industry terminology.
- Ability to confidently communicate with founders, directors, and business owners.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Self-motivated and highly target-oriented.
Bonus Skills
- Existing network of business owners and SMEs.
- Experience selling high-ticket marketing retainers.
- LinkedIn lead generation expertise.
- Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Website Development.
