Job Summary
Ourika Estates is looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial real estate projects. The incumbent will be responsible for driving project performance, ensuring timely execution, maintaining quality standards, controlling project costs, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of residential and commercial real estate projects from inception to handover.
- Develop project execution strategies, construction schedules, and resource plans to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Oversee site execution, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Review and approve contractor bills, BOQs, work measurements, and project cost estimates.
- Ensure effective project budgeting, cost control, and optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Drive quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards, statutory regulations, and RERA requirements.
- Lead procurement planning and coordinate with the purchase team for timely material availability.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and project timelines.
- Prepare and present project status reports, MIS, risk assessments, and budget reviews to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC teams, and other project personnel.
- Ensure smooth project handover with complete documentation and closure of all pending issues.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in construction project management, RCC structures, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
- Sound understanding of contracts, BOQs, billing, procurement, and vendor management.
- Working knowledge of RERA regulations, statutory approvals, and construction safety standards.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project execution and construction management in the real estate industry.
- Experience with reputed real estate developers is mandatory.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
