Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall upkeep and maintenance of the property.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is clean, safe, and in excellent condition.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors for timely maintenance and repairs.
Monitor the performance of service providers and ensure quality work.
Attend and coordinate property visits with prospective clients, tenants, or business associates.
Address client queries and ensure a smooth and professional experience during property visits.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, vendor details, and property-related documentation.
Ensure all utility services and facility operations run smoothly.
Report any maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor property expenses and assist in cost-effective maintenance planning.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required Skills

Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in property management, facility management, real estate, or a similar role.
Experience managing residential or commercial properties will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per hour
