About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Instructor Trainer to train, mentor, and evaluate online instructors across various subjects. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to help instructors deliver engaging, interactive, and high-quality online classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for newly hired instructors.
- Train instructors on effective online teaching methodologies and classroom management.
- Guide instructors in lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and student engagement techniques.
- Conduct mock teaching sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- Evaluate instructor performance through demo classes and regular observations.
- Train instructors on using online teaching tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Whiteboard, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ensure instructors follow the organization's teaching standards, policies, and code of conduct.
- Organize regular workshops and professional development sessions.
- Identify training needs and recommend improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in teacher training, academic coordination, or instructional coaching is preferred.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and virtual classrooms.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of online teaching strategies and educational technology.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and motivate instructors.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, or international curricula.
- Experience in EdTech or online learning environments.
- Certifications in teacher training, instructional design, or educational technology are an advantage.
Pay: From ₹150.00 per hour
