Job Description
Me2Kart is hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to promote our membership plans, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. Candidates should possess strong communication and convincing skills and be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Training & Selection Process
- First 10 Days – Work From Home (Training & Evaluation Period)
- During the first 10 days, candidates will receive training and work remotely.
- To secure a permanent position, candidates must successfully close a minimum of 10 Me2Kart Membership Plans during the evaluation period.
- Candidates who achieve the target will be confirmed for the role and become eligible for salary, incentives, and additional benefits.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain Me2Kart Membership Plans and benefits.
- Generate leads and convert them into memberships.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and call reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Eligibility
- 10th / 12th Pass or Any Degree.
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
- Strong sales and convincing ability.

Note: This is a target-based sales role. Candidates who successfully complete the 10-day evaluation period by achieving 10 membership enrollments will be offered a permanent position with Me2Kart.
