Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s food products, increase brand awareness, drive sales growth, and expand market presence across retail, distributor, and institutional segments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research on customer preferences, competitors, and trends.
- Identify new market opportunities and product positioning strategies.
- Manage branding, packaging coordination, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing activities.
- Coordinate digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Support sales team with promotional materials.
- Coordinate trade marketing with distributors and retailers.
- Plan product launches and sampling campaigns.
- Develop relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor product visibility and shelf positioning.
- Track sales performance and market feedback.
- Represent the company at food expos and trade fairs.
- Organize promotional events and brand activations.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze campaign ROI and effectiveness.
- Maintain marketing budget tracking.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of FMCG/Food industry market dynamics.
- Branding and promotional campaign expertise.

- Distributor & channel management knowledge.

Qualification & Experience
- UG / PG (B.E., Food Technology – Preferable)
- 2–5 years of experience in Food / FMCG industry
- Experience handling distributors and retail market preferred
Salary Range
₹18,000/- to ₹20,000/-
