Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pharmacy Sales Assistant / Store Assistant to support the daily operations of our MedPlus store. The role involves assisting customers, managing stock, supporting billing activities, and maintaining store hygiene and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing medicines and healthcare products
- Support billing and cash handling (post training)
- Arrange and organize medicines/products on shelves
- Monitor expiry dates and remove near-expiry or expired items
- Assist in stock receiving and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of the store
- Support the pharmacist in day-to-day store operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate (12th Pass)
- Basic reading ability (knowledge of English medicine names preferred)
- Willingness to learn and work in rotational shifts
Skills Required
- Good customer handling and behavior
- Basic communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)
- Honest, responsible, and punctual
- Quick learner and a team player
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening)
- Weekly off as per schedule
